I've never understood the mentality of those that are saying they are happy they waited and have saved money. As soon as something comes along with hype and is online based or "MMO-esque", the general consensus seems to change that it must have at least 1000 hours of playtime and at least 2 years of end game replay ability before it's worth £60.
I personally think Diablo 4 is worth the money. Ignore what others are saying, ignore the massive social media frenzy and just make the simple following decision. Do I like ARPGs? If the answer is yes, you will like Diablo 4 and will get your monies worth if you make it to level 70 and Tier 4 (Which I personally feel like is a good milestone to having think I've finished the game in my head). If the answer is no, don't buy this game. It's not going to change your mind on ARPGs. Blizzard does a fantastic job in my opinion of innovating on top of the genre their games are based off. Diablo 4 is their take on D2, D3 & PoE combined, which I again, personally, feel like they pulled off.
If I compare my recent experience with Harry Potter legacy (random other game), I've put in 40 hours and completed enough of the game to know I'm pretty much finished with it despite having lots left to do outside of the main story. I've put more hours than that already in d4 and I'm not even 70(54) yet and have loads I still want to carry on with.
