** Diablo 4 Thread **

I'm definitely feeling a wane in enthusiasm for this, I'm level 71 now. Had around 4-5 new items in the last 17 or so levels. Item upgrades were a massive part of D3 for me but they just aren't frequent enough in D4. I've used all the paragon boards that are of use, the rest are geared to other builds so levelling up isn't particularly enticing either. Am pretty fed up getting 1 shotted by corpse bows I can't even see too. I did start a barb last night but not really feeling the melee aspect, I'll give it a bit to see if it grows on me but other than couch co-op with my son I don't think I'll be playing much till a pretty major patch drops.

Its not going to be a gem bag either. Gems will become a material, like the other crafting materials and will go into the same storage section as all the other materials and be used from there, much like the stuff used for crafting elixirs etc

Why does that take 3-4 months?

It’s going to make barely any difference to QoL anyway. I stopped picking up gems long ago as they aren’t needed like they were in D3.

If they introduce higher gem tiers then the likelihood is a higher gem level will drop in WT5 when it’s introduced.

It shouldn’t take 3-4 months to introduce but it’s not that big a deal either.

Pushed my barb to level 86 and its getting a bit boring but season 1 should liven things up and I think we get a firm date for it tomorrow. Looking forward to doing exp parties with the fresh chars come season 1!

Blizzard have a history of taking 3 months to do simple things

I bet putting gems into the resource tab will actually take one person a couple days to do

Bizarre decisions in 2023, they still haven't fixed the suppressor melee bug either which was reported in January beta test. Doubt people will wait around for them to get their **** together. Shame the game could have been great.

They need to sort out aspect storage asap. Why on earth they didn't just let players store them in the codex, (say three of each, keeping the best each time) I will never understand!

LVL 100 at last, gonna reset my build tomorrow to one from maxroll and see how far off i was winging it myself, will have to rank a new glphf up and reset my paragon and skills and 1 or 2 aspects taking a quick look at it.
Most of my gear choices were close enough.

I read up on damage types and mechanics but deliberately didn't used a build guide.

Gonna cost me 8.7mil just to reset my paragon board. (looking at the guide my second board is "wrong")
