** Diablo 4 Thread **

I got in about 45 min ago but the performance is bad tonight. I can't leave Kyovashad, just hitting the invisible wall on the East and South gates. Some of my skills are not being registered either. I think I'll leave this until tomorrow morning when it's bit quieter.
 
Still encountering a lot of rubber banding when the zones load in. Not too far with druid but think the barb was more fun. It had more of an impact on screen when it did things.
 
Yup, getting a lot of rubber banding and hitting invisible walls transitioning from hub areas. First disconnect of the evening for me. Queue approx 20 mins or so.

Umm, I think the game is as intended otherwise they wouldn’t have released this build for beta ! But you’re correct in saying things might balance out later in the game. Looking at the skill trees and synergies, though, I don’t see the Necromancer’s power diminishing anytime soon. It’s making my hydra Sorc look average. Sorc is quicker taking down some of the bosses, especially teleporting ones as the Necro’s minions don’t have good mobility.

Been playing since 4:00 p.m. when it launched. Level 10 now, but been licked off 4 times so far. First time took 1 hour to get back in, next few have been roughly 30 mins each.

Just got booted out at the end of one long dungeon crawl. Just about to open the last chest too. *******! Bet it's lost my progress. Oh well, it is a Beta.

Won't be buying this until it's been out a least a year.

How often does the world boss spawn someone said earlier he appears on the east side of the map I've run around it all so hopefully I get a notification if you pops up
 
Managed about 2 hours of play before the game crashed on me in the the first bit town (Kyovashad?). Had some rubberbanding when I entered the town but it only took about 20 seconds to clear. Other than that it's been OK. As I tend to play games for the story I don't see me sinking a massive amount of hours into the game as I'm not really interested in the grind just to get better gear so I'm still likely to wait for a sale before I actually buy it. I shall probably continue playing it over the weekend though so who knows, maybe I'll change my mind (doubt it :)).
 
I'm level 13 on my druid and already had 5 legendaries, I really hope it's turned right down for the actual game.

Make that six just got another. Lol. If I remember from diablo 3 legendaries used to drop all the time in that too it was the green unique items that were hard to get and build defining

yeah they have already said that drop rates are turned up for the beta, I think there's some xp bonus as well
 
Have they changed it for the open beta because last week I got to level 20 and only had a couple I now have 7 my Druid.

Have definitely changed it because I've had two more since writing this message

Just rng really, I made a total of 8 characters last weekend with the deaths I had on hardcore, some of those characters never had a single one drop but one of my barbarian had 6 drop by the time it had hit lvl 20.

Conversely my other half hasnt had a single one drop on any character on any weekend yet :)

All was well until I tried to change character and errors galore. Full game restart and now back in the queue.

Enjoying druid, although the shock spells seem great early level vs shapeshifting.
 
Never played Diablo before (I know I know!). Not my usual style of game so I'm not sure what the endgame is and what the social aspect entails but enjoyed it so far. Level 8 and just been exploring.
 
If it says restricted area and teleports me out that means it's not in the game right I have a quest to unlock the spirit boons for druid but the area it's in says it's restricted
