I am white English. My wife is Pakistani. When I first met her, one of her brothers tried to punch me for going out with her because of my skin colour.

I went out with a Bangladeshi girl about 15 years ago. Ended after her family threatened her with violence and being sent back to Bangladesh for a forced marriage. All because I was white and non-muslim.

I'm not sure her son having a drug problem is relevant. Even the very best parents can have children with drug problems.

She is a terrible MP though and was a huge part of why they were unelectable for the last 13 years.
 
Abbott is a turd stain on politics, which is saying a lot given the lowlife scum politicians out there.

Anyone with any competence or sense would steer well clear of politics. Imagine having to take a pay cut, live under the microscope and work with idiots like that??

For the 3 MPs I personally know it's not a pay cut. It was a substantial rise and tbh far beyond what any of them should have been deemed competent to be. She's no different.

She's been living on the edge with her views on whites for a long, long time I'm just surprised it took this long for her to slip up and finally cross the line to a point where she got dumb self suspended for racism. Here's a reminder of what Diane Abbott has said in the past which gives a clear line to her views on British society come from (watch from 1:36 onwards)

Lessons have been learnt. The late Queen’s lady-in-waiting, Susan Hussey, repeatedly asked her where she “really came from” at a royal reception hosted at Buckingham Palace. Next time perhaps she will ask "No, what does your charity REALLY do?"

I watched this interview and I honestly don't think she even understood the question asked, Andrew O'Neil asked if she wanted unilateral nuclear disarmament and she just kept saying she wanted to scrap Trident, yet couldn't agree her position was unilateral nuclear disarmament. She has absolutely stolen a living considering her actual talent and ability, one of the countries greatest over achievers.

My family are white roman catholics. I went out with a very lovely Turkish girl, who, oh, by the way happened to be Muslim. One day I overheard my father describe her in words I simply can't repeat here. I just don't get where all this racist/religious stuff comes from. True, my father was a dick. I mean this is the guy who went to an indian restaurant and called a waiter "boy". Still, made me smile to think that there was probably more than chicken in his Madras.
