DiRT 4

Preload complete, unreleased as all I have. It has been doing the odd small download now and again. But that's patch 1.02.

As for the wheel guy above, there's a driving force gt on the Forest for £82.

DFGT go for about £50-60 daily on ebay.great wheel dont be fooled very good wheel.for the price.that or a cheap thrustmaster t150 is what id go for if getting a starter wheel.

Ah excellent news. I only wish i played Dirt Rally a lot earlier. Had it for absolutely ages and only really started playing it as of last Thursday. Saying that i cannot wait to get home tomorrow and start on Dirt 4, Dirt Rally has been an a absolute blast. I only hope i can replicate the force feedback feel straight away tomorrow.

Just did my first custom stage in spain in a 205. Handling even on simulation feels good and "tight". And I was terrible at dirt rally. Cars feels a bit floaty but heavy. overall very good. A misty stage at night was a challenge..

My last run went... bad. http://i.imgur.com/ATVjFWn.jpg

Got my game and dlc keys but won't use them now, will wait for other peoples' opinions on this. Some things are great about it but it makes the same mistakes as Dirt Rally in terms of content and this time round there are no real stages at all. Some reviews aren't that positive either, also on Steam. I like the idea of Your Stage but it's not the same as having iconic stages in multiple environments. It feels a bit artificial and I'm hearing the visuals are overall worse (something I've already noticed in the videos).

The entire game's content is just 5 rallycross circuits, 3 Landrush circuits and a stage generator with 5 environments. People are saying the handling is in some ways an improvement over Dirt Rally but overall a noticeable downgrade. Removing two of my favourite countries doesn't help either.

I might just stick with the well-tested Dirt Rally for now and sell the keys as once I redeem the game there's no turning back, even if I end up not liking it.
