Dirt Rally is in another league, like others have said before it is absolutely brutal at times, and for me, very very hard with a pad.
It's the first game to have me looking at wheels, the dfgt seems to be doing ~>Dg<~ some favours so I'm looking into one of those as the G27 is too much.

Dirt 3 is arcade, dirt rally is sim like rbr . total different ball park.

I think it's amazing how you can get such close matching times on a reversed track to the normal, bravo indeed.

Is there currently anyway that the sector times can use your previous best time, so you know if you are doing a better run than your pb?
 
well i just remember my times at certain sections.

i normally do first section if up continue. if slower restart. that's if im after fast times. normal rally i just drive have fun.
 
After taking a break and returning to Abies Koilada, I just put in a time of 4:57 in the Cooper with no major offs. Feeling pretty proud of that, as before all I could seem to do was sail off the road into thin air.

I'm only interested in the casual race once every few days & with a 360 controller. Not hardcore about racing games at all.
 
Will do, went to a mk2 right after, RWD was like learning to walk again..

Ok taking a break, keep getting pulled into the sides and it's infuriating me..

mk2 set differential to strongest setting and try long gears . will make it easier to drive.

on really bad bends you have to feather the throttle and brakes. stick at it as its a great car once you learn how to drive it. rwd cars are the most fun and rewarding to play with. :cool:
 
You're slacking Dg! Just beat your time in my second ever race in the Audi Sport quattro with 0 upgrades against you in the Pug :D haha on Ypsona Tou Dasos, I'm sure you can beat it in 5 seconds :P
