I never said it was. Between two otherwise identical applicants, one has at least some / more work experience than the other. In this case, if both applicants also perform the same in the intrerview, then the one with more work experience would always be picked.
In the real world, work experience is what sets job applicants apart. Anyone that has worked during uni and gotten the same grade is always vastly more appealing to hire than someone that hasn't - the simple fact that they managed to get a good grade on top of working as well demonstrates much better organisation and work ethic.

This is just the beginning. The future will be black only. BLM don't just up and develop their ideology out of no where, many non white kids are raised to shun and hate white people and western culture. Multiculturalism is so awesome.
Sure, I'm just a lunatic making all this up when I literally spent most of my life hearing nothing but hate for white people. Its laughable how willing and easily white people are simply letting the west get taken over by us, I actually try to oppose it but ofc no one believes me.
In another 10 years or so, most universities will probably be 75%+ BAME. Another century and that will apply to the whole population, and most services will be for BAME people only.
Ignoring / dismissing this as crazy conspiracy lunacy is exactly what makes it soooo easy for non whites to eventually take over white countries.

Not for nothing but I needed some electrical work done in my place recently, and I phoned two numbers from flyers that had been dropped in my mailbox over the past six to eight months.
Two black guys came round, took a look and quoted £130 including VAT, then a white guy showed up and said £75 for cash.
I gave it to the black guys, because they sounded like they knew what they were doing, and talked to me as if we were old friends who knew and trusted each other.
They did a good job, drank all my good coffee and made a fuss of my 2 y.o. great niece, who I was baby sitting.
They can come back anytime.

Amazing double standards really and a dangerous precedent to set. I'm sure we could all agree that if someone decided to try raise up the lowest in society in terms of academic achievement, i.e. young white men to the exclusion of everyone else, there would be outrage. Yet here we are and it's being cheered on as progressive.
It its core its very simple. Financial assistance is being offered on the basis of race. This is not a good or healthy path forward.

My friend was glad that i got laid off and also mentioned that my position should go to a person of color and that I should meet them and donate a years wage to them for reparations.
This probably didn't happen. Yet if it did, you'd be so lucky to have such a virtuous friend. Not confusing at all!
It's strange isn't it. I've actually seen people try and argue this point that" it isn't actually possible to be racist against white people!" The implication being that no other ethnicities are capable of being racist.
Then you point out other religious/ethnic divides and discrimination in other Asian/Arabic/African/Hispanic countries and they immediately blame it on European Colonialism and claim it didn't exist before then.
It's very odd...!

Asians (Chinese, Japanese, Koreans etc type of Asians), seem to be fair game as well. Not seen so much in the UK as there aren't many.
If they keep pushing this kind of crap eventually it will backfire. It really isn't helping their cause.

I'm still not understanding how a scholarship, self-funded by a music star to enable a few more black kids to go to one of the countrys best university's, is racist to white people.

Quite honestly I believe it's simply an agenda being pushed by the rich and wealthy to divide those below.
Helps to distract from the fact that wealth inequality has reached the stage where some people can barely afford to feed and shelter themselves whereas other individuals are able to single handedly fund their own space flight programmes!
This whole anti-racist agenda had nothing to do with race ultimately IMO. Like most things it comes down to money and power!
Back to the original topic. "Why are Black people underrepresented at Oxbridge". It's it because those institutions are racist? No. It's because they're universities for the wealthy Elite and students from poorer backgrounds (of which black students are overrepresented) tend not to get in. Race is just the distraction. It's about money!
