To anyone wondering whether they should pick this up I would say if you enjoyed Dishonoured, you will enjoy this.
Mouse sensitivity scaling with framerate will kill the game for me even though I enjoyed the original

Played with a mouse and had no issues. Would locking the framerate help?
Yeah, even after I fixed a lot of the mouse issues by playing with the settings, it still was not perfect for me. In the end I just played with a controller which was much better than I thought it would be. Maybe you should consider doing that. Play Corvo with controller and Emily with k&m once they patch the game![]()

I can't play with a pad anymore unless it's extremely basic. It's like playing with someone else's hands. K&M have completely spoiled me :/
It feels strange for a while but then you forget to be honest. The buttons are mapped very well to the 360 controller.
It is either wait for them to fix it or play now with controller now. But I think people are overthinking it, honestly after a very short period of time you are immersed in the game anyway. That was my experience anyway, but maybe I am able to adapt to things easier than others.

I certainly don't get used to it - a game like this never feels anything but clunky to me on controller versus all the years of playing on keyboard and mouse however long I play.
Can't believe how many games recently have shipped with issues with mouse sensitivity especially the game design 101 issues like framerate dependency or configuration of X/Y axis if they are independently handled - its inexcusable from any established studio.
I got an achievement for not alerting the guy to my presence![]()
I am sure they will fix it soon. Unfortunately you will have to wait until then
It is indeed frustrating that so many games lately have been released that probably needed a couple of more month's polishing. That is why people should not pre-order. But I could not help myself and I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 as it was at a 25% discount recently![]()
I just killed everyone and everything. I'm not very subtle.
I've stopped pre-ordering personally - (though occasionally make an exception for certain kickstarter type stuff if it looks promising).
I am pleased with people's reports of how long the game is. Some people might think it a little too short, but games like this can easily outstay their welcome. The first game was spot on, any longer it might have dragged on a bit.
Exactly. In a game like this I like to use my power to wreck havoc! You guys saw that video and the kind of things you can do in Dishonoured games, no way am I going to play stealth when I can do that![]()
Just got this, played it for about 2 hours so far. It’s good but feels like the fps is a bit low sometimes.
