The store manager who has been since May is truly awful. He has made 10 of us leave and Im number 10. Two more leave one in three weeks time and the other retires in 7 weeks time.
Seriously doubt that they will recruit more staff as struggling on a wet Wednesday morning in Sept. I fear for my lovely friends- aka former colleagues.
The last 4 months of my job have been horrible thanks to bully. Raised grievances (others done too) to get nothing.
He is the worst person i have ever had to work with. Some days i rather repeated the couple of weeks before the first lockdown - all the shelves stripped bare apart from sun lotion (can’t go on holiday) and champagne (nothing to celebrate) than working with him.
