Do you Shift or Lock?

I dont think I ever use the caps lock, unless I have to type a page or something in caps. Even sentences I can manage holding the shift key down for the few seconds it takes to type.
 
I used to do that when I was about 9 or 10. I soon realised the error of my ways. I couldn't imagine typing long essays and having to use the CAPS button for every single capitalisation.
