So the Democrats hurried impeachment because President Trump was a 'grave threat' to national security, but now apparently he’s not threatening enough to warrant sending the articles of impeachment to the senate. It's funny since now she's obstructing congress, the very same "crime" they just voted to impeach Trump over. Only reason she's doing this because she knows as soon as it hits the senate it dies, and she's intentionally prolonging it.
Oh and by the way, technically Trump isn’t impeached until the house tells the senate according to the constitution. But don't take my word for it, it's the words of Noah Feldman, the anti-Trump Harvard Law Professor who testified at the dems hearings

Trump wasn’t impeached for holding back funds to effect change in Ukraine. Trump was impeached for soliciting foreign interference in US politics.
To put it another way:
Biden withheld funding to the Ukraine as part of government policy to affect said government policy and persuade Ukraine to fire a prosecutor that was demonstratively corrupt. This action was backed by multiple parts of the US government and European governments (who were also putting pressure on Ukraine to do the same thing). It was open policy (hence why there’s video of Biden saying he was doing it).
Trump on the other hand was withholding money to force the Ukrainian government to announce an investigation into a company associated with the son of his primary competitor. This was not government policy and was not public knowledge, in fact it’s still being denied to this day. Not only that, but rather than doing it through official channels he was using non government associates and close confidants (his own lawyer being one).
The only equivalence was trying to effect change by withholding funds, which - I’ll repeat, because it’s the whole point - is n out actually what Trump was impeached for.
This has been refuted so many times, it's not even funny.
* Biden did nothing illegal or unethical
* he was following State Department policy
* the prosecutor Biden helped to remove was not investigating his son for corruption
* the removal of the prosecutor had been demanded by multiple European countries and the manager of the IMF; Biden was merely the spokesman who conveyed this to Ukraine
* Biden did not personally gain by helping to remove the prosecutor
The situation is radically different from Trump's attempted shakedown.

The only part that's correct is the part that says Biden helped to remove the prosecutor (with conditions attached) and publicly confirmed that he'd done so. The rest is conspiracy theory nonsense, as already explained in this thread.

You mean the evidence that the WH won't release, we have read the Memo (not the full phone call), and the people who were on the call aren't allowed to testify.
The poeple who say he's guilty did so under oath, the people who say he's innocent won't appear and talk under oath, think that says it all.

Because there was ZERO evidence so the Democrats just pinned whatever they could get away with on him but this whole thing started out with Trump being accused of a Quid Pro Quo which is exactly what Biden has admitted to, on top of that Biden's Quid Pro Quo was blackmailing Ukraine to fire a prosecutor investigating his son for CORRUPTION, Trump simply asked Ukraine to look into that very corruption and the events surrounding it.
Democrats could have unilaterally impeached Trump for simply being elected as president with how deranged they are, it doesn't mean anything if you can't convince the other side with actual evidence.

It has been explained countless times.
This was Biden acting on the bipartisan foreign policy of the USA and its allies.
Trump was acting for his own benefit and using his own personal lawyer, and a couple of shady Eastern European men funded by a Russian oligarch (who are currently under indictment). You would have to be insane to think that this scheme is all above aboard!
The state department officials testified under oath that Ukraine had already fulfilled the anti corruption measures required for the aid. They also testified that no explanation was given to them, as to why the aid was delayed.
Trump has also not offered a single bit of counter evidence to explain why the aid was delayed...it just miraculously got released once the whistleblower report became public...funny that!
It'll be a reference to the day or two when she was unsteady on her feet and it turned out she had been out on the campaign trail despite being told by the doctors she needed to rest because of the pneumonia.
Mind you the Trump supporters were claiming she wasn't going to live past the election because she was too old (despite iirc being younger than Trump), and obviously infirm (despite being far more active than Trump) before she was going around keeping a very busy schedule when most people would have taken a few days off work.
