Yep, he has every right to treat them like he does when they ask loaded "gotcha" questions. Notice how they automatically go to race? Like that had anything to do with his answer

USA is leading the way in terms of testing, obviously he's going to brag about the efficacy of the testing to show efforts are being made to control the virus. Asking why that's important "when people are still dying" is not journalism, it's not an attempt to draw out more information. It was a veiled attack designed to frame Trump as uncaring. Perfectly legitimate for Trump to refer her back to China who is ultimately responsible for deaths all over the world
Her feigned outrage doesn't make him racist as she quite clearly wanted to paint that picture of him, and his reaction was justified

Because he wants air time because he loves his ego being inflated...he's literally the guy who had his own reality television show...the more time he gets on TV the bigger he feels. His agenda is to use the media as propaganda, hence him storming off every time it doesn't go his way. He's not doing it for information sharing, or to address the America people, or to help calm the storm. He's doing it for his own gain, and failing miserably. You'd have to be blind, stupid and brainwashed not to see and understand this.
I particularly love how at the end of that video, he walks away in his typical man-baby fashion and the camera pans out to a big poster that says "LEADS THE WORLD IN TESTING" as if to make the reporters point perfectly clear and valid 
Did you even watch the video? He is working in the area where these viruses can make their jump from bats. So now we have the genetic map of covid-19 we should stop all research in this area, pack her up guys, lets all go home, this is never going to happen again. You keep going on about the NIH budget like that is relevant to this in any way, it isn't. Lets just say it once more, his grant was stopped because Fox News ran a story that wasn't true to suit the CT they and Trump want to push out and the next thing the WH cuts his grant. If you think cutting scientific research into the origins of a virus that has bought the world to its knees for partisan political purposes not based on science is a good idea then just say that. If not stop trying to defend it, you just look silly.

You are the one that seems to think all research has stopped, i'm the one that said NIH funding has increased, and i'm the one thats saying that there will be many more people other than that guy doing research. I'd hazard a guess that the US government will have info that we are not privy to, like you said, Trump increased his funding last year, so its obviously nothing to do with being anti-science, there is obviously something going on regarding that Wuhan lab which the government are cautious to fund. Constant outrage culture is getting tiresome.
The efficacy of the testing has been proven to be between 15% and 25% ineffective on their so-called "perfect" five minute tests. Hence why he was surprised to find that staff within the WH have been confirmed positive even though they're getting tested regularly and those they're around are also getting tested regularly too. It's a train-wreck to be honest.

Oh and both Emma and daddy, Kerry, have been avid supporters of the Democrats.... for example when they both gave the maximum permissible campaign donation to Democratic candidate for Congress Brian Flynn in 2017.....

I'm not defending Biden; I know little of him, but Trump isn't fit to be POTUS imo.
Its the attempt at presenting such issues as being out of serious, professional concern rather than mostly driven by a partisan desire to unseat a political rival thats the issue.
It's not really a revelation that a poltical leader might be a narcissist prone to sociopathy.
I would be presently surprised if Kelly ever did do a video re a Democratic leader casting such doubts on their fitness to lead.
Biden I suggest would be an obvious contemporary choice.

He has no right whatsoever, they speak on behalf of the American people, they speak truth to power, they're holding him to account.

Putin and Kim Jong-un must have played him like a fiddle, while other world leaders simply laugh at him behind his back.
