Probably because he cant be bothered making a fake v5. Think yourself lucky and at worst you get an updaid strike against you. No such thing as bad feedback anymore for buyers

Could you call them anyway, would be interesting to know?

You could report him to eBay if he tries to reports you since he cannot/could not prove that he had legal entitlement to sell the car at the time of sale or that he was the registered keeper?

Starter motor kit in. 2006
Oil cooler
Been in for a misfire problem
Had a PCM upgrade ( what's that??)

No service records with mazda tho!

Royston motors ( where apparently most work has been done )
Don't remember the car but will check with other fitters!

Think there's something hiding here

It'll still cancel the transaction even if you decline, but cost him the eBay fees.

If he's been a **** I find that's a good way to get even.

my problem is insurance! ha. id need to do some shuffling to use my NCB from my mini 4years.... onto the skyline and it would still be £1100 which to be fair is a lot better than i was expecting.
