what is it you was offered? and how much of a trade up deal was you offered? also can you list the specs of your laptop? makes it more simple to ensure everyone gets offered the same sort of deal rather then individual cases

price is 564 and laptop specs etc can be found I'll update later if your too lazy to find it

I'll s/s the offer confirmation once I get the paperwork, I've had an email confirming a price however.

STILL NO PAPERWORK OFFER RECEIVED, Ombudsman official acknowledge the case opened today, waiting for a response, will continue with the ombudsman until I receive the official paperwork.

The Owners thread has a lot of people complaining about their notebooks and the issues surrounding them, some RMAing others returning for a refund. This is very sad all round.

Yep, AORUS X5 V6-CF2. Absolutely stunning machine.

But that doesn't excuse MSI in anyway.

I still have my GT72 2QE and I am still waiting for MSI to fix the this ridiculous mess.

So I received my offer today:

In 13 months my GT72 2QE has been devalued by only £150!

If anyone else has received their offer and they have devalued your notebook by more over a shorter time frame let me know (I'll forwards my offer to you if need by and you can ask MSI what the f they are playing at).

However, to upgrade to a notebook with comparable features to my GT72 2QE would be GT73VR 6RF(Titan Pro)-240UK or -220UK, as they are not giving me the option of a GT73VR with a GTX 1070.

So either of those notebooks would cost me £1,150, I wonder which previous MXM upgrade this is comparable to?

Did u pay by cc? Just do a chargeback or ask retailer to refund in full if not happy they advertised it too you also.
