Hey guys , I received an offer of 2219 pounds for my GT80 Titan but i have heard literally nothing since i confirmed i'd like to go ahead. anyone know whats going on ? getting abit worried now.

When did you get your offer? I was thinking/hoping they may be in a meeting discussing how they are doing the offers. and may be putting together a much more better package then the one presently on offer.

Got my offer around the 14th of December mate and I have been hounding them for a reply since... so far nothing.
 
How have you been hounding Neil and Nat? Or the generic inbox?

just the generic inbox i haven't got either of their emails sadly. i did get a response on facebook today though saying.

Hi Daniel, as mentioned you should receive a reply this week as long as you have emailed your interest before Dec 31st you are OK

I'm going to publish an article on linkedin when I have the time, and share it with 600+ contacts, the majority are in tech and see if I can get them to share.

New to this forum but had to sign after reading this thread.

I purchased the msi gt72s 6qe 044uk for £1900 in March and only discovered the mxm issue when I was looking to upgrade the ssd in it. This is despite Msi having my details for the warranty and in theory the ability to let me know as a valued customer about their muck up. The only reason I knew about this is because of this thread so thank you for that.

Put a claim in on the 14th and have had nothing back yet but am interested to see what they would offer for this upgrade as that was the sole reason I paid the premium.

Before you start speculating or trying to speculate to second guess why AJ is no longer working for MSI, please do not. You are not furnished with any of the facts nor shall you be. As you are aware, Natalie has been away from work for a few weeks and has only just come back on reduced hours. Again if you want to try and make something out of this that it is not then please go ahead. Again completely incorrect and without foundation. As I have made you aware on email on Saturday I was leaving the country to goto Taipei. I made it very clear I was boarding the flight when I emailed you back. I also made it clear there would be a delay in replying to you directly because

You emailed again yesterday and I spoke with Natalie about the revised offer and your claim we are refusing to offer a GT73 with GTX 1070.

I think you will find that I have been speaking to many people who have mailed in and have chosen to Trade Up including Tropicola. I spoke with him at length on many occasions in my own personal time to find a solution that suited him. As well as Tropicola, I have spoken to other members to assist with the MXM upgrade and they are being taken care of.

You won't get a reply from Tom as he is the marketing manager for Motherboards and VGA. He has no input on Laptop whatosever.

Frank has no responsibility for Notebook. He works in the same team as Tom. So when you wish to paint a picture that people are not responding or don't care then that maybe down to you engaging with MSI staff who do not have any idea about the product or authorisation to do anything.

Hello Loki i sent you an email about my offer and was wondering if you could give me a reply. i am extremely excited to accept my offer and get the ball rolling on my upgrade. getting a tad bit impatient for a reply from MSI's generic support email :P
