Mines on its way to Poland to. Getting excited for a gt83vr . Waited most the day for collection but had to go into work. So dropped it off at a ups collect point which was really really sketchy in some ghetto council estate. Think I'm lucky it wasn't stolen and is now in transit. Phew

Bizarre, almost exactly the same experience.

Rang UPS for collection, never turned up. Next day, looked on UPS's site for drop off points, all in rough areas of town. Dropped at the store, the guy scanned and said goodbye, no receipt, nothing.

Tracking it with the tracking number....'Tamworth, United Kingdom 16/01/2017 22:06 Arrival Scan'

It's on it's way.

Haha very sketchy I asked for a receipt and he gave me one but it didn't fill me with much faith. there was literally a guy behind me with gold teeth stinking of weed. I walked out thinking your absolutely mad for leaving it there haha. Not sure why there all in rough areas Mine are too. Think ups need to have a rethink...

im awaiting email for collection date going to be pretty much using a now 8-9 year old laptop that overheats.. not good we was treated differently given if anything uk customers pay more :/

Anyone know why msi labeled my shipping label as 3kg when the gt80 + charger plus box I sent it off I'm is quite considerably heavier than that lol.

My package is 4.5kg, but listed on the shipping label as 3kg.

Maybe Natalie or Neil will pop on the forums and tell us?

yea mine said 3kg and even on the MSI website it shows the laptop weighs more.... never mind about packaging/charger.

will also mention the numerous spelling mistakes on official letters from msi.....

small question, every time I've shipped a battery or laptop with battery etc, I've usually had to attach this; especially when shipping abroad, so I hope UPS attach one or I will do it myself...

I haven't shipped mine yet, going to drop it at the ghetto collection point tomorrow once I've backedup, i'll take my shank proof vest after your guys comments hopefully I'll be alright, if I don't post within 48hrs please call the popo.
