Doom Vulkan vs Open GL performance

Excellent choice of music :D

At least his music is spot on :D

I kid!

Anyway AMD for the love of god give us a recording app or integrate it into Crimson. I don't want to rely on OBS and other 3rd party apps bringing support for DX12 and Vulkan capture.

It'll be great if they do especially if it comes working for all the api's when it does finally come. And for Windows store titles.....

Talking off the store I haven't played Gears of War yet either, I'm not sure which to play first now

This thread has put a smile on my face, I'm pleased for all the AMD bro's. Great initial results from Vulkan on AMD hardware in a brilliant game. What's not to like?

I'm team green at the moment, that choice made sense at the time. But threads like this give me faith that AMD is on a good track for its future.

Doom Vulkan Running On A Radeon Pro Duo @1080p Ultra.

Completed the first level in 13 minutes, skipped the part at the start where you sit through the boring dialogue with Mr Hayden. :)

Strange how NV got their man in as president of Khronos but didn't have Kepler ready for Vulkan.

Why is that strange? If I were running Nvidia I wouldn't be hurry to get Vulkan working on Kepler, I want as many people as possible to 'upgrade' to the latest cards and if that means not supporting older cards so be it.
