Dr. Disrespect permanently banned from Twitch

So he's changed his mind from the huge tweet he made where he admitted messaging a minor with inappropriate messages ?

It's not like people care, it's been 2 months so everyone will have forgotten and moved on as evidenced from people dropping $1k donations to a potential nonce
Yeh that was strange, he did edit that out straight away back then, also on stream he did say why he mentioned minor i think.

Here it is stiched together.

One thing he mentions is that Twitch staff internally agreed that no sexting was taking place and that no CSAM was exchanged.

The way you always know if crap like this is actually true or not is if after some time there are' or no law enforcement involved, the fact that there never was is one red flag, the fact that Twitch paid out his contract is another.

Another red flag is the fact that he admitted it in a tweet... definately something funny going on

He's just said, he's not admitted to anything.

This case has already played out in court years ago and he won. No question of criminality and he was awarded civil damages. He'd moved on under a NDA after the case but Twitch employees decided to slander him which he's played up to.

Here's the long and the short of it.

Twitch decided they wanted someone out of contract early. They didn't want to pay him off so they fabricated a sexting story and didn't even bother to fabricate a formal investigation. Twitch used out of context messages from his DMs to try to prove their case which got dismissed in court.

They wanted all this under NDA before and after the court case they lost, clearly to cover up what vile cretins they actually are by trying to ruin someone's reputation to save a few quid.

They got bent over in court, but kept the NDA, which ex employees decided to break who clearly weren't privvy to the outcome of the court case as they've repeated the same lies from before the case proved them to be lies.

They've now been publicly called out as the NDA is effectively void and can expect to lose all their assets in court shortly.

Oh dear.

Your taking a lot of what Doc says as fact, the fact is he has provided no proof for anything and also admits to messaging someone who was under 18 but of legal consent from where they are from (16/17)

Its. Been. Through. Court. And. Subject. To. Legal. Scrutiny. He. Won.

We'll never know, it's been through court, there's no complaint or illegality.

The messages that were presented at the court case got thrown out as irrelevant and out of context.

He's directly named his accuser now out of NDA that guy is hiding under a rock. Doc posted what he did to encourage them to break NDA further so the legal gloves and restraints are off as he's now allowed to defend himself. This is where the cryptic chess posts came in.

Ahh you've gone full conspiracy nut theory I see.

'fabricated a sexting story'

LOL ok. I guess Doc's tweet admitting to inappropriately messaging a minor is just going to be ignored by you then?

it was more my point.
we'll not know, on a lot of it.

my second point really was i make em think what proof do they want to see? then ask them how is the proof real/fake and can the poof be proven. anything Dr D provides will forver be questionable
