*****EGOSOFT TNBT (X Rebirth)****

Where did you find it?

No point risking a virus when all you need to do is this:

You are stuck at the mission with the 100 Energy cell to sell and your transport ship say there is to many planned trip thant you can't reset.

In fact, it is possible to reset trader order directly in your savegame :
Go to : C:\Users\YourWindowsUsername\Documents\Egosoft\X Rebirth\69676401\save\

Do a back up of your last save and Open it with the Notepad or Notepad++.

Search for "<shopping>" (Keyboard shortcut : CTRL+F), you will find your "Energy cells" trades orders

Delete all content between "<shopping>" and "</shopping>"

Example, Before :
Code:
<shopping>
<trade id="[0x5bb]" seller="[0x85b3]" ware="energycells" price="5" amount="100" min="100"/>
<trade id="[0x5bc]" buyer="[0x7068]" ware="energycells" price="4" amount="100" min="100"/>
<trade id="[0x5bd]" buyer="[0x7068]" ware="energycells" price="6" amount="100" min="100"/>
</shopping>

After :
Code:
<shopping>
</shopping>

Note : In my save I had only one "<shopping>" section because I had only one transport ship, be carefull if you have multiple ships, there is maybe multiple "<shopping>" section, you need to find the good one.

Trader orders are not my problem. It thinks it has already completed the order.....it hasnt. Looks like the fix will only resolve the issue if its stuck in a loop ( though I will try it)

I've decided to uninstall until it's fully patched and the mods have started to come out to improve this pos. I'm a huge X fan but this game is poo with sprinkles!

I got bored so I started attacking anything that moved. I attacked the Police, trade traffic space stations etc then the wife shouted to say tea was ready. I expected to come back to reload a save prior to my rampage. My ship was exactly where I left it undamaged. I had disabled several large ships and destroyed about a dozen small ships and attacked space stations and nothing happened.

It's not the bugs which are the biggest problem with the game.

It's the game.
Wish I hadn't purchased it tbh. Have yet to even fire it up as I'm hooked on MC FTB but reading this thread about the game saddens me to see how it's been rushed to the masses.

Should Plutarch become hostile during the campaign missions? I don't know if its a bug or its meant to happen. I have a save before they became hostile but its a few hours ago now

Agree whole heartedly......not only it is bug ridden....performance is horrendous, some of the visuals remind me of the PlayStation 2 era (NPCs and textures and station interiors) and the voice acting is actually making me curl up and die.

The game itself just isn't fun because it seems as if it was made by 2 or 3 guys in their bedroom....now that wouldn't be an issue normally if they were charging £10-£20 as an indie game, but they are charging AAA price and you are getting a piece of turd, that has to be patched to hell and then the community of the truly talented people have to mod the hell out of it because the devs don't know how to make a modern day PC game.

You can see the shell of the game underneath has potential...I just cant get my head round how poorly some of it has been created.....those textures....why!!!

Sometimes I think one of the reasons they release unfinished games early is to reduce piracy. It ends up being easier to buy it at a later reduced price, than have to faff around with half a dozen cracked patches that may or may not even work.
