Ignore it all then and just stay on the standard tariff..Got the email from Octopus. No idea what to do but thinking of going onto Octopus Tracker with two smart meters.
I hate all this comparison ****. Really tiresome. I don't care, I just want electricity and gas. I don't want to gain a PHD in tariff comparisons.
Tracker is fixed price all day, can go high but usually is lower than the price cap rate. Intelligent Go is cheap rates for a fixed period overnight and when charging the car, higher day rate.Currently on tracker with Octopus, thanks to this thread, however I have just ordered our first EV. Is someone able to give me a start point or advice between tracker and intelligent go? trying to get my head around which would work out to be the better option but struggling somewhat.
Don't forget to use an Octopus referral codeYay. Looks like I have one.

i dunno, its certainly not perfect but i would say of all our privatised public services it may be the best operating one of the bunch.... IF you want something totally fair and transparent then something like agile may be a good fit for you....The whole energy market is a massive con
We are all having our pants pulled down

Unless there is significant value tied up in the contracts that pass across with the ESO it does at first glance seem a little queer.Isn't this just a make belief arm that NG invented to sell off? I.e. it is just net new cost?
