Can you think of the last time a team dominated like that? Even the great Australian sides were usually 1 short in the bowling department
 
And in that stat you also show why next year's tests should be epic.

South Africa have the best bowler on the planet (by a mile and that's not reflection on Jimmy and Swanny) with Morkel as able backup.

Kallis, Amla and De Villiers are no mugs with the bat either.

This series has been a bit of a let down but meh winning 4-0 is pretty awesome.

Shame there's no English test matches until January now though :(

I hope so! But then I thought that would be the case with this series.. being South Africa though I wouldn't be too worried if we dish out another thrashing :D
 
So it begs the question:

They're "this" good in Tests, why are they so under par in ODI's?

I mean, aren't Test matches supposed to be the highest form of the game?
Seems odd to say the least!

And good come back from Broad this series. This won't happen again I guess
 
The tv news here had a former Oz crickter on before, and he reckons England wont be long at #1, and also that it would be bad for the sport if they were ......

Wasn't it McGrath who said that the Aussies would whitewash England again in Australia in the previous ashes? Look how that turned out for Eggface McGrath!
 
Sorry I haven't been posting, I was on holiday. (Different type of holiday, I received a suspension)

Not happy with this series obviously, but so happy I got to see a dravid masterclass on day 4. Performance of the match I think.
