English League Football ** spoilers ** [16th - 19th October 2010]

He swung and missed. To be fair I've seen those goals given before. Whether that deceived the keeper or the Fulham player's touch did I don't know.

"You've got to use persuasive tactics" - Oh rly Mr. Huddlestone..

According to Shearer and the law book he wasn't active.

Which law book? If a player's trying to play the ball then he can't be anything but active.

The in-active law was brough in to stop players being given offside while they're standing by the corner flag tying their laces.

Chamakh dived for the penalty which I never like to see tbh.

Took his second goal well.

Wilshire deserved to go, late and studs were showing.

Nasri is good at this penalty taking lark.

Awful tackle and a deserved red.

Not the worst I've seen. ;)

It's weird though, the more and more I see that tackle, it seems Wilshere's body was the bigger problem, the thing that knocked the Brum player over. I have to also wonder just how much pain a guy almost a full foot shorter than his opponent cause. :p

But still it was late and clumsy, and a red. Apparently he came out and acknowledged it as well.

Great skills for your first too ;)

He does go down as easily and theatrically as Drogba, hopefully for you he plays like him too ;)

His first was a pen, irrespective of how he went down.

I'd be ****ing delighted.

I've said for years I've a 'can't beat 'em join 'em' attitude in that respect. It's not great for the sport, but what can we do, let people around us gain points that way while we don't?

Shearer is such a tit. In what world was:

a) Gallas not active
b) Giggs been United's 2nd best player? Surely Berbalad / Nani / anyone else who has played more than 7 minutes this season.

Tit. Absolute tit.

I quite liked that shot of Mick and Avram "Death" Grant.

For some reason, Always cheers me up when you see two coaches that can have a chat and banter.
