:o I know Ferguson and Rooney have denied it, but that ankle injury looked WAY more serious than the week he got to rest.
 
DM - to be fair, Drogba has 8 years on Rooney, where was Drogba when he was 24, at a French league 2 team. Means nothing really. Rooney could be a super player if he took care of himself better. If he goes in January so be it, I can't say I'm that fussed currently with him and his off field activities. He's been a muppet.
 
Come on Bill Kenwright, get your chequebook out and sign Rooney back. I reckon Man U would take £50 million. We could pay in installments, maybe over 100 years.

His popularity has probably plumetted since he became the new John Terry though. How many prostitutes does he need to cheat on his wife with? It's a bit of a joke now.
 
All that money, fame, skill and hes wasting it, how can you feel sorry for someone like that when millions cant even get a job.

Fans begin to care when it starts affecting the player on the pitch which it clearly has so far this season. Also his constant denial of having an injury will jeopardize him in the long term. The only thing that ever holds Rooney back is himself. If he showed half the dedication Ronaldo did to looking after himself, we'd see a far better Wayne Rooney.
