English League Football ** spoilers ** [24th - 28th September 2010]

Pretty sure that if anything separates the United squad to most others is experience.

And i'm not just talking about Giggs/Scholes/Rio - a lot of our younger players also have experience, and of winning, because of the way SAF plays the competitions and rotates the squads.

So if you don't want to bicker about class, skill etc, you can bicker about who has the more experienced squad and the benefits of that ;)
We have plenty of experienced players also.....
Balotelli at Inter, Viera at Arsenal/Inter/Juventus, Ade at Arsenal, Y Toure at Barca, Tevez at utd, SWP at Chelsea,

Typical idiotic Man City fan. Thinking that now they the monies they will dominate and win the EPL. Idiots. Thinking their team is the muts-nuts when infact they are rubbish as a team. They are just names and their fans are more pathetic than any.

You won't win ANYTHING.

Sadly football's setup to favour the side that can throw the most money around. They will win something, probably quite a lot in the next ten years.

United in the 90s, Liverpool a few years before that, the two Real Madrids, Barca atm haven't been tight in the last couple of years, Maureen spent a lot at Inter, heck even Arsenal in the 30s outspent their rivals.

I did say squad, I think that nearly everyone one of our players in the squad has 1-2 EPL Medals, and a lot have Champions League ones.

A lot of our younger players who are coming through and up have won the Carling Cup etc.

There's a difference between having a few experienced and influential players (Viera), than to having a whole squad of experienced players.

It's what money can't instantly buy, and something that at the moment City can't really afford to do because they are after some trophies, and want to fight as strong as they can in all comps rather than gearing up players.

Jesus, Robbie Savage is everywhere these days.

Who have ESPN dropped for him?

They tend to rotate between people, but they always have Kevin Keegan :p

Oh, and biz.kid, you really need to stop turning these threads into stupid arguments about Man City. I appreciate you are going to defend them over and over again (as we all would for our teams) but some of the things you say are just silly.

Man City have a lot of money, that means over time your squad should develop well, but there is no guarantee you will win anything, even in the future. You need the right people and the right players to do so.

You seem to be on a very high horse considering Man City have won nothing, got dumped out of the Carling Cup and you didn't care much (that would have been a good starting point for you to be honest).

Yes you beat Chelsea, but you will slip up time and time again to other teams due to the fact you aren't really a team yet, just a load of massively overpaid and expensive players.

Stop forcing everyone to hate you by posting utter rubbish all of the time, honestly.
