How I am being dramatic, if I pre-ordered a game and 8 months later it was given away I wouldn't trust the devs again. Its understandable when a game is given away some time later, but 8 months?

It's a sports game, its refreshed every 12 months.

Other than the weird Troy Total War exclusive, I can't think of any of their other giveaways that weren't either old but popular, new but unpopular or some unheard of indie games.

Tempted by Fenyx Rising (£14.99) as it's a Ubisoft game and shouldn't need the Epic Games Launcher when it's auto-added to Ubisoft Connect.
