Yeah, definitely not a lack of effort on his part. But sometimes effort isn’t enough and clearly wasn’t in this case.Yeah it's pretty good, I feel like it actually reflect pretty well on ETH. You can tell a few bits are complete guesswork though.

I'm sold. Hes going to be a revelation and the best part is that we already have all the players he needs!
Watched it and its interesting but its all theoretical and putting a very positive spin on our players and squad.
Always exciting to have a new manager after a long period of dross though. All the hope.
I watched this also and I'm not sure if it's new manager euphoria but it makes far more sense than what EtH seemed to be trying. I've not seen any tactical analysis that could make head nor tail of what United have been trying to do in the last 2 years. The biggest problem I can see is that some of the players just seem incapable of following any sort of instruction so hopefully Amorim has a better communication style than his predecessor. It's nice, at least to have hope again.I'm sold. Hes going to be a revelation and the best part is that we already have all the players he needs!

If we line up anything like that with the tactics that Statman has mentioned., well, I am excited to see that. Academy players in that starting line up. Yes please. Can you imagine if Amiroms first game unlocked Man Utd and we bang in 4-6 goals. Some positivity regarding formation, assuming it works in the EPL:
Indeed. He done a very similar video in the summer explaining how effective ETH's new tactic were going to be too:Watched it and its interesting but its all theoretical and putting a very positive spin on our players and squad.
Can you at least let us clutch on to straws for 5 minutes please?Indeed. He done a very similar video in the summer explaining how effective ETH's new tactic were going to be too:
Last game? He literally said after the game he doesn't know yet whether it's his last game or not. And he hasn't decided yet whether to join Man Utd or not?At least his last game for Sporting ended on a high, 3-1 winners. Hope he brings that over here.
He’s still the manager of his current club, he’s hardly going to come out and say he can’t wait to leave and join Man Utd is he.Also it's pretty obvious that his heart is not with Utd, from what he's said.
Honestly it's pretty well known that players and managers always say "I'm happy here", "I'm just focusing on our next game and trying to achieve our objectives". To them only sign for a different club not long after.
Oh come on. The grin on his face after the match after being asked the questions, the fans standing ovation as he came out onto the pitch. He knows he will be at OT come Sunday.Last game? Really hope he does NOT join us tbh. We don't need another 3rd tier league manager who has proven nothing in any of the big leagues. We tried that already with ETH. Also it's pretty obvious that his heart is not with Utd, from what he's said.
We need someone with a track record in a proper league who commands respect from day 1. I would probably even take Marco Silva over him. The dream is Poch, can't think of anyone better suited, hopefully one day.
I'd have to permaban you then. Sounds like a plan.If I were a mod (GS4mod!) I would thread ban everyone who mentions Sir Southgate

To be quite honest, who are the 'elite' managers? In my view there are two - Pep and Klopp. I think they're as close as you can get to a guarantee of success.
In order to fix the structural issues at the club it will require Man Utd to probably spend 3-4 seasons out of contention for the top 4 and probably closer to the middle of the table. Are supporters willing to accept that? Are the club owners willing to accept that?
What Arsenal have done with Arteta is similar to what Man Utd need to do.
