is there an app that will show me everything that is on the phone and let me control it from my pc? i like myphoneexplorer especially for texting but it's annoying that when i finally go back to my phone that i have to read all the messages so the'yre marked as read and would also be cool so i can play the games on big screen

This is the problem with these apps where you have to read the messages to mark them as read. Ths is why I use the Chrome2Phone/Firefox2Phone method of sending clipboard text to the phone and sending via the phone. Just as quick really and simple.

As for managing files from PC, use SwiFTP, it justw orks amazingly over wifi/the net.

I use Mplayer which lets yuo watch live BBC channels and popular iPlayer programs. Don't have a link but it's in the Android market.

is that the one that looks "low quialty" acording to the reviews

skype is avaible but not off the andoird market and only to certen headsets...one of which looks like a desire.

what MSN apps do you guys use? droid msn or x or other?

my two phones is HTC legand and LG optimus

slightly annoying that I can't go on iplayer through...hopefully the legand will have 2.2 sooner rather than later -.- if not..app time

My phone keeps on coming up with the notification "Low on Space" and its all to do with the internal memory. Anyway or whats the best way to check out whats taking so much space?

Using HTC Hero

This will sound obvious and you will facepalm but...you turn off notifications in the default app :p

Word of warning, Skype has raped my battery something rotten. If you leave it on in the background. Its eaten through a good 50% of my battery inside 5 hours.

I get the same and lots of similar comments in the market - they should have slapped a big fat BETA on the there ;)

does yours lag like hell on froyo , mine is fine when you do a wipe cache then after a day it starts lagging again any ideas?

Can't say I've seen that. If I get a few force closes I might reboot. Usually after a few days, but that's about it. JPK? So far it's been the best build for me (rooted, no lag fix). GPS and power usage is good. I usually start from scratch with the install. Including repartition and reformatting the internal SD card.

This is exactly what ****es me off about Android, just how pathetic the users can be on the Market. You can't comment or rate an application unless you install it. So Galaxy S users are installing the Skype application just to give it one star as they're indicating they understood beforehand that their phone wasn't supported in their comment....

The mind boggles....

Tunein Radio is amazing, along with Droidlite my radio needs are awesomeified now :D

Hit up my sig link after the break to get it :)
