Is there an app available whereby you can link it up with outlook express so if you get an appointment for someone at work (mainly my boss) i then enter it on outlook send it to him and its in his calender on his phone and he gets constant reminders. I know there is something similar on the blackberry and you had to pay 5£ a month or something like that.

hope i'm explaining it clearly enough :p

Not sure if it 100% fits what you need but I use Google Calendar Sync to sync my Outlook to my Google Calendar?

Late to the party but just found ROMGripper + SNESoid, GenSoid.

The much maligned D-Pad on the Motorola Droid (1) suddenly comes into it's own \o/

Toejam n Earl on the move

Start looking at Hosted Exchange 2010 accounts

An update to Evernote has just been pushed to the Android Market. Available to download now! Complete change to the interface, much better in my opinion. :)

Great stuff this although does highlight the fact that some buttons are helpful :p

Yup, those emulators are awesome, this is where the samsung spica i5700 hard button layout comes in handy :p

Some recommendations from me:

- Super mario
- Street fighter
- Superman ones :p :o
- TMNT
- Robocop
- Terminator

Desktop event notifier for Android devices

great app, i get tray bubbles of sms's, battery life etc..

I mentioned a similar app a while back called talkmyphone which sends messages via Google talk, a godsend when I left my phone at home one day! Because it uses Google talk no 'extra' software is needed. You can also reply to SMS messages as well, even when your mobile is miles away. ;)

Lol :p

Yup :(

Tried it out briefly there messing with the settings etc.

Seems very quick, very similar to xscope speed wise, maybe a slightly bit faster for loading pages, however the rendering of web pages is still crap (still a beta though, so should be fixed sometime, hopefully soon :D), UI is pretty much similar to the mini version, but improved slightly and better layout in some parts etc.

Overall, it is very good so far IMO, just think that xscope has a snappier feel to it as it loads the rendered pages correctly as soon as the page has loaded up where as with opera about 0-2 seconds to render them :D :p, but much better rendering than the mini version, thank god :p

EDIT:

Did I mention just how good looking the UI is :D

:p

Although it reminds me of the apple OS in some ways still :(

:p

Been having a play with it, a few things I'd like to see;

-Customizable speed dial. I have Opera Sync enabled and have about 20 speed dials, but Opera mobile only dispays 9.

-Flash support.

It's a lot faster on 3G with Opera Turbo enabled though :)

+ 1

For me the major thing is the rendering of pages, would make it feel much snappier and faster IMO if they fix that.

oh

Haven't tried it on 3G yet, although I get really crap coverage on 3 around my area  so the speeds are crap :(, but hopefully it might speeds things up a wee bit :D
