yes I mentioned this on XDA so am now about to Flash AdamG's Oxygen 0.1.3 ROM, replies on it are all positive, it being very fast and FC free on the whole, it's also 55MB in size.

I've blackbar enabled it in UOT kitchen and % battery so will flash shortly after a Nandroid!

I've moved away from DeFrost this week as well. Have been running J-Style Miui for the last couple of days. Pretty impressed with it actually, very fast and no major issues at all. Battery life seems better than DeFrost (running Defrost 6.0c kernel).

Don't like the stock launcher particularly so have LauncherPro Plus running. Loving the stock SMS app, have dropped Handcent for it.

Bah, I liked blackbar mod too much :(

I'm going back to DeFrost 6.0b for now until the brightness is fixed in 6.0d or whatever!

TO THE NANDROID MOBILE!

Opera Mini seems determined to display all my websites in phone mode rather than 'full' mode, even after making sure phone mode is switched off. Dolphin seems to display everything very well but won't load iGoogle or open a new tab on my home page!

How good are the emulators (Snesoid etc)? I really need some oldschool SNES action in my life :)

One word, amazing :D

Also forgot to mention in my list super mario kart :D

Seriously they are so much fun, although you will need to have some buttons on your mobile to use them or a wii remote connected to your mobile, as it is pretty crap using the on screen controls, you can't see a thing and I find that I always hit the wrong button when using the on screen controls :p

Opera Mobile 10.1 seems crap compared to my existing install of Opera Mini . Much slower and the rendering's worse.

I concur. uninstalled

I found mini much worse for the rendering of web pages, but for this new one they actually seem to render correctly most of the time now, you can see the rendering of the pages happening for a good 1-2 seconds, and it still has some trouble with rendering the pages correctly, also find it very hard to select the page numbers (for this forum), even when completely zoomed in.

Dolphin seems to display everything very well but won't load iGoogle or open a new tab on my home page!

I quite like dolphin as well but just find it far too slow overall.

For me xscope is still the winner overall imo.

Angry Birds update with more levels is now available on the market.

From the email:

Good news! We have just released the first big update for Angry Birds on Android! Download Angry Birds version 1.4.2 from GetJar or Android Market to get all the latest levels and features!

Angry Birds Android now supports QVGA graphics, so owners of devices with this compact screen size should find the game running perfectly on their phones.

Also included is the episode The Big Setup, which pits the birds against the fiendish construction yard operated by the pigs. The total number of levels is now up to 195 on the Android platform.

My SD card corrupted and I lost all my Angry Birds 3*s [/cries]

Oh well, back to square 1 with the new version haha :p
