Any decent apps to password protect other applications on the phone?. I basically want to protect the messages application.

I had a quick search on the market but nothing stood out!

Could use Handscent and use the passwording feature on there.

hmmm its the same rule as you pc (or user account).. you should be the only one using your phone as its signed into your email and linked with your google payment. so a simple phone lock should be enough, i would not let my phone out my site..

and why you hiding msg's? ;) got two women on the go :D

That's true, I don't really but sometimes have it on my desk charging while at college. I would just use a normal pin code or pattern but I don't like how it removes the normal lock screen completely.

How do you download the apps? Noob question i know. Do you do it from the phone or to a SD card on the PC or what. Not got a clue.

That doesn't work with the new Market though?

The automatic side of it doesn't, but you can still click a button to sync and then click install a bunch of times and then... but it's still easier than just searching on the phone ^_^

is there any apps which allow you to write texts with your voice...ie..speak the text to phone and it puts words on screen?

cheers

Any way to change the Smart Shortcut icons in the pop up menu? Or is there something else I could use?

Also is there a site with a decent amount of icon packs on? I don't fancy trying to make my own just yet. :)

Kongregate app now on market, full catalogue of 200+ free flash games on there, WIN!

My username is robbiekhan if anyone wants to challenge me in a game of sorts, maybe a new thread for this :D

Hmm, not impressed. Downloaded Zilch and it's basically unplayable, clearly not designed for a touch screen. I actually can't uncheck the "show tutorial" box, just won't let me press it
