Google Navigation if you're running 2.1

There is an instantaneous speed app I've used before when in cars with the wrong sized wheels in a specs zone ;)

MPG is more or less impossible without connecting it to you car

Not sure about camera detectors but I bet there's a market for it

I have accumulated a healthy list of excellent apps that I feel suit the Desire very nicely now!

Will link to this post in the Desire thread but...

There are ones that do one of each thing.

Like there is one for current speed, average speed, distance traveled. then there is one for speed cameras.

Nothing that seems to do them all tho :(

You'd want a Satnav app like CoPilot then and buy the speed camera service with it perhaps or just install the pocket gpsworld speedcam database when it's updated every now and then?

CoPilot update the speed camera database for free IIRC, they publish the file online which you can download to the device.

Trapster is decent for speed camera alerts as well I think.

LOL whats with khaaan and getting himself suspended every few weeks??..mods dont like his Android talk much??:p

I'm finding that it keeps force closing after a few mins when I try using it, that seems to be a common complaint looking at the comments for it.

gues no one else has tried skyfire and tried iplayer on it then, ot tried since yesterday but couldn't get the videos to play(megavideo and dailymotion video I tried worked fine, just not the videos on iplayer).

does using a class 2 class 4 or class 10 MicroSDHC have any difference? is it even noticeable when going from class 2 cards to class 10 or 4?

Everytime i download apps, i get a Low on memory space message, yet i still have 2gb spare and its set to save to the memory disk! any ideas?

Apps are stored on the phone regardless of your memory settings.

This is due to be fixed soon, so say Google (if you look 2 posts up from yours)

duh! Thanks for that :D

Had a play with my iTouch last night and its really apparent how better the apple apps are compared to the Android one's. Hope things get better before the next iphone release, otherwise i'll pick a new iphone up.
