In the same way you needed to be David Blaine to work out you needed to use VoIP?

Your high horse, get off it.

Wasn't a high horse. I asked for help and got sarky answers and wasn't in the mood is all. I help plenty of people with their Androids, one of the few times I was looking for a liitle help and got nothing, that's all.

Why is 'you have to use VoIP' an obvious thing? Do you mean, 'you have to use an app?'. Isn't that what I was asking for help with? Does anyone know an app?

I didn't realise BB had such a poor 'App World', not even a Skype app. More like 'App Corner Shop'. :(

AOSP actually has SIP support built it, unless your phone is a Samsung one in which case it's been removed.

Check by going to the phone app, menu, settings, near the bottom it should mention SIP settings.

Thanks, yeah, I'm using an AOSP build, but I guess the Blackberry needs SIP support too? I don't know anything about SIP, so I'll do some Googling!
