Has anyone tried transferring music over WLAN with ES File Explorer? The files transfer over fine, but won't add to the Music application (or bTunes).

I haven't found any widgets that aren't. Sense that I like yet,. The calendar widget I didn't like, I've tried a few but none have the black look that the HTC has

Intact practically the only utility I use that isn't HTC is the dolphin browser

Pure Calendar has a sense skin, pure calendar grid is available too.
its transparent but the live wallpaper doesn't show it very well.

i like the more colourful ones. ideally one like the htc one but with more than one 'item' on the widget.. still wish i could get a screen shot without root

also on th3e calendar point.. is there a way to auto set fb birthdays to reminders on the calendar?

Does everyone else get pop-up notifications from their facebook app? Mine is switched on but I have to go into facebook and the notifications and refresh before I see anything? Is that right?

PITA this. It happend with all file browsers altho it doesnt happen all the time. Basically the phone doesnt refresh the file list until either the phone is rebooted or you mount the phone via USB then unmount it (Mass Storage).... If you do one of these 2 then it re-reads the SD card and the new files show up

Ah, that sucks. I guess it would work if I unmounted/re-mounted the SD too?

The only other solutions (Music sync via WiFi) seem to involve iTunes and only sync playlists.

Make sure its enabled in the KB options.

You can even do it straight from the phone, without using a PC.

just tried this i have v24 but the new skin makes the keyboard massive and wont fit the screen :eek:

Anyone able to help me out with an app ??

I am looking for an app that means I can set the phone to mute and no vibrate for a certain time window each night BUT still allow a selection of numbers to ring the phone or sound the phone if they text me.

Looked at Timeriffic which is ideal for the timing aspect but it wont allow a "whitelist" of numbers which will override the mute.

I beleive Locale does this (can anyone confirm ?) but I dont need the amount of options that comes with and I am hoping to get a free app that does this ??

Mine behaves the same, the notifications don't update. News feed and Inbox are ok though.

I'm not saying you'll be 100% pleased with the results (it is after all a user preference) but knocking it off as rubbish just because it doesn't allow SenseUI widgets is a bit OTT if you ask me considering that HTC don't allow any launcher except their own to use them.

The fit and finish is damn close and because this launcher is so smooth (more than the actual Nexus One launcher) and fast it just makes sense (!) for me to use it

It's nice but the fact you can't change the dock icons sealed it for me. Back to modded Helix2 for now.

it did only come out a few days ago or so, and has been updated 3 times since. Helix dev said he'd never get pinch to zoom working, and this guy rolls it out instantly. Can't wait to see what else he does (he mentioned customisable icons in an update though)
