Anyone recommend a photo resize app that retains high quality when reducing the size?

All the ones I have tried compress the image too much on the best quality setting.

I use this in conjunction with AndFTP so I can resize photos and upload directly to the web for linking.

Quality is good too.

This thumb keyboard is actually very good and well worth what I just paid for it. I prefer it to Swiftkey 3.

I did try that app mrk - MS Paint vs 'Reduce Photo Size' app:

As you can see it's a clear difference.

you can get it through the Samsung store if you have a Samsung of course.

Brilliant, been waiting for this game to be available for my S3 for awhile now..£3 is not bad as its one of favourite games, had it on my iphone4 as well.
