I love how people are still giving Rosberg stick when Hamilton has just had one of the worst qualifying sessions I can remember anyone having in modern F1.

I think he'll get himself involved in something on the first lap and probably lose front wing

Same here, the drivers really seem to struggle which is great for us. Brilliant main straight too.

I've no doubt at all that Hamilton's a better instinctive driver than Rosberg, who seems to need a lot of external assistance but who can be very quick off the back of it.

If there is an accident through those 4 corners on the first lap, the attrition rate will be enormous. I can also see it taking over an hour to clear the wreckage.

Any news on Lewis being allowed to replace those flat-spotted Q2 tyres for the race start and if yes, have the team found another set that aren't wrecked by his apparent bad day at the office (c4 weren't offering qualifying online by around tea time yesterday, hoping to find it this morning)?

Can't they 'shave' the tyres to remove the worst of the flat spot(s)? I'm sure Ted talked about it a few seasons back…

Out on track you mean?

I seriously doubt tampering with tyres off the track would be allowed (or was allowed) in any way whatsoever.

I remember that - reconditioning the tyres, effectively. I'm pretty sure that's allowed.

At least Lewis cant crash into Rosberg at the start and take out his rival.

Should be a good race, if not a hairy one.
