The Real game on now, been quite exciting, 3-2 in the first half, Getafe conceded early then managed to take the lead before Ronaldo scored a freekick then a penalty to make it 3-2 also meaning Ronaldo got himself a first half hat-trick which I presume means he will certainly finish top scorer.

Again literally as typing Real concede again so 3-3 still with 5 mins to go in the half.

Barca game was a bit predictable, Eibar unlucky to go down, didn't keep an eye on the Atletico game but 0-0 to end the season seems like a poor performance. Though you get situations where teams don't like being the ones to send a team down, had they won then Eibar would have stayed up after a good win.

Sociedad had a two goal lead, threw it away then scored two more, good end to a generally poor season.

Going to pens in the play off final.

nice one, I was half aware the game was on but always like watching penalties.

one saved so far.

Checked up on it, I think as it stood before this game was Ronaldo 45 goals, 16 assists while the two goals for Messi today makes it 43 goals and 18 assists for the season.

Ronaldo now on 48 goals, if he managed 3 assists he'd be top scorer and top assister in the league, he's second highest assister in the league as it stands.

Ronaldo got himself one of the assists he needed. So 48 goals 17 assists vs Messi's 43 goals 18 assists.

Amazing really, more so because while Messi still had a fantastic year last year it was injury hit and he was no where near his best. Ronaldo had injuries early in the year and hasn't been near his best... but has still been phenomenal, both of them are ridiculous players.

Roberto di Matteo has resigned as Schalke manager. Thank God. Apart from the away game against Madrid they've been dreadful to watch this season.

The German cup final is a bit of a cracker. Dortmund aren't exactly doing Klopp proud in his final game - 3-1 down after 40 mins.

Definitely some calls going against Dortmund now, the one edge of the penalty area, inside or out, not sure. But that last one the player clearly jumped for the ball, Dost just ducked and caused him to flip over, that would be given as a foul 9 out of 10 times and he got nothing.

I'll be honest, if that was any other player scoring that goal I would've been amazed but with Messi it's just another goal. Scored much better a few years ago from a very similar position.
