The 4 is built on an EV platform though, so I imagine it's much more roomy insideI do like the thought of a Polestar 4 but the 2 is already quite a large car with little cabin room. It's not thrilling but doesn't do anything badly.

when i was looking at EVs this was my beef with the pre-refresh polestar 2 as well, the battery/motor setup was terribly inefficient compared to the model 3
i believe the refresh polestar 2 is on par with the model 3, but i did not want to spend that much
The 4 is too big for UK roads IMO.
The 2 does have a cramped drivers cabin but it's only really a problem if you are trying to eat food from a drive-thru.
Whats your heating set at?
Almost all of the untethered chargers I see in the wild have the cable attached and draped over the unit when the car isn’t plugged in. Talk about defeating the object.
It's not proving a bother for me, as I charge once a week and keep cable in the frunk.yours is definitely the refresh model, as can be seen by the change in the front grille. This is a 2025 which has the same motor/battery as the snapdragon refresh I'm lead to believe. The 82kwh battery. The Tesla I had for 1 long journey showed better battery range but am lead to believe they were rather optimistic.

Not sure the PS4 and the Model 3 cross shop? The PS4 is bigger and more akin to a model Y.
In any case the PS4 should out charge a model 3 at a rapid charger.
I’ve not seen how the new battery in the Model Y performs but Tesla’s don’t actually charge that fast by modern standards. The 250kw peak only last for a few seconds and it drops off very quickly as the SOC rises. They make up for it a bit with efficiency but that advantage is also closing.
They'll need to do something as European sales are being cannibalised by Chinese EVstesla used to be the EV leader, the pack is catching up and no doubt will be surpassing tesla in the not too distant future.
they've taken their eye of the ball![]()
There are a lot of used PS4's for sale for £35-38k which is a very attractive price (from Polestar directly, very low miles too).

Good to see a petrol head enjoying free super charging.Very much enjoyed the follow up video Jonny Smith did with Cleevley on his 275k mile (£5000) Tesla Model S P90D. Covers the maintenance and repair costs, and his opinions on owning it for a good while.
ps4 insurance cost is competitive ? ... since charging rate is imperative , guess you ruled out i4 at that price point. There are a lot of used PS4's for sale for £35-38k which is a very attractive price (from Polestar directly, very low miles too).
Of course he could. What are you on about.Interesting to see the clevely labour rates, even if he'd payed regular £120 (ffwd'd to )
versus reduced 60, bills wouldn't have been enormous -- could he have done ioniq fluid change.

)I don’t even think he’s interested in either. Last I saw he was planning on test driving a Tesla.JPaul lives in Cambridge doesn't he? insurance should not be a blocker for getting a nice EV (unless a high risk driver for some reason) . I always found insurance in and around Cambridge to be very fair (put it this way I wouldn't insure me with my money on the cars I drove for the price I paid)
