They were fitted as standard to most TVRs and they are pretty hardcore cars. The only other car I know of that has them from the factory was the Audi Q7.

Arent the F1s reputed to have soft sidewalls?
How tiresome.
Arent the F1s reputed to have soft sidewalls? If that was the case, and he has tried tyres that also have soft sidewalls would he not be able to have made at least some comparison?

As you know - OEM cars/bikes/anything don't always use the best parts because most stuff is built and sold to maximise profit. If F1 eagles have been so good for so many years, then how comes BMW, Ferrari and some of the really powerful Saloons, Supercars and Sport cars are not using them.
Bridgestone Potenza RE050-A
Hmmmm. Be a good replacement for the standard CTR RE040s?
Need some in 205/45/R17. Any ideas?
HI there
Is this the issue where the new M3 is reviewed and compared against other M cars? If so is it a good read?

Yes, it's good
Just far too short.....
BTW, you came 2nd, guess what won?

Hi there
I am guessing the original E30 M3 came first, a true drivers car.
Glad to here the CSL came 2nd though, what M Cars was in the roundup?
All the proper M cars I think

Hi there
Excellent, hopefully that will help with pushing CSL values even higher.![]()
You still enjoying the CSL Gibbo? How is it to live with as a daily driver?

Hmmm.
My rear tyres are at about 1mm. Fronts are at 5mm.
2x 255/35 R18 Michelin PS2's = £352.38
2x 255/35 R18 Eagle F1 Assym's = £270.14
2x 225/40 R18 Eagle F1 Assym's = £223.14
All four Eagle F1 Assym's = £493.28
So for £140 more I can get 4 of the, apparently, best tyres.
Very tempting!
Elite tyres in RainhamHi,
