That sauber really is a nice looking car in my opinion.

The paintwork does it great justice making it look much curvier than it actually is.

Also, the Williams is a handsome beast too.

Heard from them on thursday. Apparently the media had been hyping it up a fair bit. For example they went to a shopping mall near the protests and you wouldn't have known anything was up. The only real issue was that the causeway over into Saudi was shut.

But then yesterday it seems to have got a bit worse... Foreign Office is now advising against all but essential travel to Bahrain http://ukinbahrain.fco.gov.uk/en/ and my mate posted a photo of a convoy of Saudi troops heading over...

Telegraph have posted this this morning http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...family-orders-army-to-turn-on-the-people.html and my mate being a nutter is going out to give blood this morning!

I think it would be quite wrong to race in Bahrain now. F1 can't race there without publicly supporting a regime that's ordered its army to attack peaceful demonstrators.

I agree, No doubt this will be the biggest worry they face with going ahead or not if the advisory is lifted.

tbh I'd much rather see the GP at a different track anyway.

Sport has always been separate from politics, racing there does not mean supporting regime

It has nothing to do with politics or at least not at this small level. Safety and logistics are the main concerns which will be the deciders. I hope it;s not scraped. If it's scraped I imagine it will just be struck from the calendar and we will have to wait even longer for the start.

This is the only reason why I don't want it to be scrapped.

Waiting another 2 weeks or whatever it is for the season to start just isn't fair.
