F1 2019 - Teams and Drivers - Who goes where?!

Whilst Renault engines seemingly haven't been great, the failures this season have primarily been in the RB, and prior to the Renault team starting it's rebuilding process, how much input did RB have on the Renault engine? With no ties to RB going forward, maybe Renault have a completely new concept or some promising upgrades that Daniel has now seen?

Surely if Sainz goes to Mclaren, Mclaren have to release Lando Norris to do something. Having followed him when he was starting out with the BTCC support package (Ginetta Juniors and Formula 4) would be criminal to see his talent wasted.
 
I love it that Danny had the balls to do this, Marko has made it clear that he will be a number two from this season on when he stated that they will form Red-Bull around Verstappen.

I hope that it'll be a good move long term, either staying at Renault or trying for better better later, he's one of the best drivers in F1 and it's a shame that he's not had an offer for a top drive(Ferrari or Merc) where they have two solid, but not spectacular, no. 2 drivers..
 
I think this is a move similar to Hamilton to Mercedes. Renault are improving rapidly. They were almost backmarkers, but now they're pretty much 'best of the rest'. They could turn into a real challenger soon if they keep the momentum.

I guess it will be Sainz in the RB.
