Went out at HT with us unlucky to only be 1-0 up, come back and we've lost 3-2 with 4 players sent off. What the **** happened :confused: :o

edit: just watched the major incidents from the 2nd half. The ref totally lost the plot.

Should have been a free-kick to us seconds before the penalty but once he gave it, he had to send our lad off. No ****ing idea why the Utd lad got the 2nd booking (which the ref took 2mins to realise he was already booked); surely it wasn't for the pause in his run-up for the pen :confused:

The 2nd 2 reds looked really harsh too (although I'm told it was getting a bit tasty by then). Our lad got caught (accidently) with an elbow to the face, he's then had a petulant flick out at the Utd lad, they've squared up but didn't seem to do anything and he sends them both off.

I believe it was verbal to the ref for having to retake the penalty (from a report I read)

just got back i am so proud of stoke today and im glad that West Ham didnt get away with that cheating. Ref was rubbish for both teams, though Ethrington went down easily.

I havent seen any footage so I dont know - but it did sound a little strange

I cant find the link now either

edit another website (RoM) says Pogba's 2nd yellow was for the dummy itself

Easily? Dived :p. I didn't really want either team to win that game, but the ref helped both sides, not sure how West Ham didn't get a penalty though!

It appears that feigning to take a pen is a bookable offense, in which case the ref was technically correct. Still think it's stupidly harsh though.

Havent seen any highlights as i was at the game but i turned around to my mate and said "hes given that because hes found out that he cokced up West hams goal"

it happens all the time. Its nice to get a little lucky as we have been hammerd by poor decisions this season. Its been unreal at times
