Fallout 4 to feature Nvidia Gameworks

Saw this on reddit and just had to post it. :D

So true though.. All these Gameworks title just simply have performance issues. GW is a bad thing atm.

About the only thing i would be interested in is what they may or probably not call "WaterWorks" sniggers*

Proper interactive Volume Fluid Dynamics is very difficult to do and get right, easy enough in AutoDesk / Blender but getting that ported through and stitched into a 3D sandbox engine is damned near impossible, i certainty can't do it

Everything that currently exists in the NV GameWorks and PhysX libraries can be done without and some have been done before.

Get proper water simulation in it and i'll be impressed.

Anyone can do it, unless he's programming the effects himself ?

I have had a play with the Unreal Engine and did a couple of chappy bits but I don't think Humbug is using built in libraries and is doing the effects himself? Unless I have missed something as well?

?

I didn't think it did have any GameWorks libs in it. I was worried for AMD users because of it being sponsored by Nvidia and how that works out for AMD users (ED as an example).

Really? because you replayed to my comment about GameWorks so I just got the impression you knew something about Rainbow six I didn't.

Loads sponsored Nvidia titles works great for AMD has do AMD title work great for Nvidia... Its when Junk is added things happen for both sides. We don't want another Batman do we please no..

Something tells me you didn't do your homeworks about RB six and you thought you could pull a fast one :p Rekt!
