not sure about the passport, but 2k caps is really easy to get imo.

On a different note, i prefer playing through the main story line then doing all the side quests and exploring afterwards, but each is there own i guess.

Better be careful then as the game ends when the main story finishes and you cannot go off and wander.

So far im enjoying the game but i cant help but feeling like its an addon to fallout 3, same game different area and new features.

So far so good though although i find myself doing much more searching in this one.

I've got back into an old habit i had in fallout 3. Hording!

Found a cupboard to stash my stuff and I have spent far too long traveling back to said cupboard to empty bags.

Just got the Caesar mob ****ed at me, 4 of them jumped me and absolutely slaughered me oops.

if you've got boon in you party all legion people will be instantly hostile, just ask him to wait some where safe if you want to deal with them.

Running through my first playthrough as a melee, just ripping everything to shreds. Can't wait to get my hands on Pushy.

Just got to the Vegas strip (took me a while to find the entrance) - also on my way found some plasma weapons and have been one shotting enemies (finally! have been struggling to kill things).

I've been avoiding entering the strip and running around doing stuff on the outside for now. Level 19 and still got plenty to do - but I'm gonna go have a word with a man wearing a chessboard fairly soon :D

Its sounding like its even easier to level on NV than it was on FO3... Seriously did they just up the max level and leave the max experience the same as for lvl20 or something?

Levelling does seem very fast in this game. I have completed some quests and skipped through a whole level in one go! Anyways, the game is really good. I just worked out why there are 4 paths though - helping Mr House on this one.

I have no idea - I'm level 19 in around 24 hours play. Perhaps they made all these changes just to mess with you and ruin any happy memories you had of FO3? :D

Hardcore mode is fun but I'm glad I have the vault 13 canteen, which at regular intervals I take a sip from to reduce h2o needs. At the start getting water wasn't an issue, but later in the game I found that purified water was hard to come by, and when out on a long trek water sources were rare. Would have made me much more cautious without the canteen. I just hope on my next play through compleating with hardcore mode on the entire time gets counted by the achievments, which didn't last time :(

I take it because you want Pushy you use unarmed? Do you have any idea how that compares in damage to using melee weapons?
