Far Cry 4 due this November

Patch 1.5 crashes every 15mins

New patch came in this morning. 1.3Gb. Now the game crashes every fifteen minutes or so. It's a handy addition to the game. I just love it when you complete a mission, plan your next destination then blink to find it has crashed. I don't know why more games don't have the feature.
 
New patch definitely seems to have taken a bit of a performance hit feels even more cluncky than before gg ubi :( hasn't crashed yet though...noticed swarms of bees have appeared too (never noticed them before) as if the wild life wasn't deadly enough lol

I sat down to eat, had a heart to heart, went into a shrine placed the Ashes, heard the helicopter begin to take off, exited the shrine, Min took off, I just happened to have a rocket launcher from blowing up the statue and fired a round off at the helicopter, "The King is Dead"....
 
i didn't have any of that, nor did i get the chance to kill the other one afterwards, the game just sort of went quiet..... but it's obvious those two are going to turn evil (whoever you save) , because you see it happening in a drugged up side mission :D........... only you can be their leader now

Vaas was far better, maybe we'll see him again in FC5
 
Finally got the option to download the update, don't know why it took so long, if you are wary you can refuse the update, just select 'play offline'

It's caused no problems for me & it's definitely improved as the minor stutter I had seems gone, I did noticed a bug now appeared where you spend your skill points as I had unlocked most & had 14 points to use as some more were now unlocked, each one I selected used up the point but did not light it up so the last few will remain unusable, anyone else noticed that?

great patch with the 21:9 fixe. Feels much smoother too now even though im getting the same fps.
No crossfire yet though which is a shame considering how long the game has been out. Getting 32fps on a single card so would expect 50-60 with crossfire.
 
No crashes here, but game still stutters badly enough for me to dismiss playing it until it's fixed. Could have bought this on XB1 or PC... I chose PC... wrong answer :(
 
Getting 45fps at 3440x1440 with the new patch, ultra settings. The mouse lag fix has made the experience much better as has the graphical performance increase. I'm actually finding it playable properly now and am enjoying it.
 
Setting enemies on fire is great! Just shoot the molotov in their hands and watch them run around in flames then set grass and plants on fire so step away from them unless you like being on fire :p
