Love Mackies myself and pretty much anything by Mauds is yummmmy. I'm pretty sure Mauds is only in Ireland, mainly Northern.

I used to be partial to Haagen Dazs Macadamia Nut Brittle but I've not seen it anywhere for a long time. Also I don't know if they still do ice cream but my nearest Thorntons used to sell Ice cream in cones the summer which was delicious.

Anyone tried the new Heston range of ice creams in Waitrose? 3 flavours available:

Salted caramel Popcorn
Chocolate with Rosemary
Mustard

I chickened out of getting the Mustard (which apprently is great with cold meats ) and went with the Chocolate and Rosemary.
The first taste was very heavy on the rosemary, but you soon got used to it and it has actually very nice. Lovely smooth texture too

Other than that, I like Ben & Jerrys Phish food.

I'm partial to Ben & Jerrys Chunky Monkey or Cherry Garcia.

That or one of my local fast food places that makes their own ice cream. They do bubble gum and turkish delight flavours that are pure win.

My favourite is probably Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream from Haagen-Dazs, but I also love a good quality rum and raisin, but it's hard to find these days.

I am going to make proper vanilla ice cream tomorrow. Will stock up on eggs, cream and whole milk later, get vanilla pods and vanilla essence.

What's rum n rasin? Like what it says on the tin?

I'm going to make my own mint choc chip, raspberry frozen yogurt, chunky monkey (banana flavour with dark chocolate chunks), mango and rocky road!
