Another team announces drivers

Nick Heidfeld and Stephane Sarrazin have been announced as the latest drivers to commit to the FIA Formula E Championship, the pair being signed by the Venturi team.

Amlin Aguri signs Katherine Legge to race in Formula E

British racer Katherine Legge has become the first female driver and the 11th in total to be confirmed to race in the new all-electric FIA Formula E Championship after signing for the newly rebranded Amlin Aguri Formula E team.

Only the one driver announced for them so far, also not sure about the name/livery changes but whatever works for them I guess

Edit: Also now being listed as a British team, seems shame as having a Japanese team could have helped with possible Eastern success.

It's like formula 1, it depends on the circuit, but it's aiming for approx 1hr races. So far we haven't had any indication on number of laps.

Ant Felix da Costa named as second driver for Amlin Aguri

And Mike Conway named as first driver for Dragon Racing.

That leaves just 4 seats to be claimed.

First test starts tomorrow. Wish I could go. I bet it'll be fairly empty and get to see the drivers and teams, far more than most sports.

Will be going on Friday, with Silverstone being on I guess it will be fairly quiet.
