I don't get this game, I finally make a good start to a season again and suddenly I cannot win to save my ****ing life. 4 losses in a row, and then an undeserved 1-0 win.

NOTHING went my way. I conceded penalties where I didn't even press a button, every shot of mine was either saved or it hit the post, it was just a ****ing nightmare.

Its really unfortunate of course and I am not being funny here, but maybe just do one of the following.

1) change isp
2) stop playing it when you know you are 99.9999% the cause of the lag. Why make other people suffer for 15-20 mins, seriously? Theres nothing more annoying than playing a lagger and watching the time tick down in slow motion / huge delays

Had to turn this off, so sweaty. The only people playing are the FIFA try hards, not played against a team without Ibarbo and Cuadrado.

I use him alternatively, yeah he's a beast. Problem is combined with Cuadrado and Aidran Ramos or even Martinez i cant keep them out!

edit: what i meant was because PSN down mainly the hardcore FIFA players are on it now and new about maintenance and to switch on before it went live.

I do enjoy this FIFA more than 14, I can play the game for hours whereas 14 I could only muster a couple of games before thinking it was a chore to play, even at the beginning but there are so many comedy moments in games you wonder how the hell EA get away with this! Do they actually beta test it? I know the consumer are the guinea pigs nowadays but I just had Tevez scoring a goal before it had even crossed the line, It then got cleared, just so many things that make me go "Xbox record that".

How the heck am I the cause of the lag.... What part of my connection is good did you not understand?

(when you could message the opponent in Fifa 14 the other players said game was fine for them)

Oh and the reason why I just don't change my ISP is because I have a years worth of line rental with BT so would need to change, Im under contract AND my connection is FINE for everything else apart from FIFA..........

If it happens a LOT then it's obviously something connected to you, or I suppose maybe you are just very conscious of lag, which other people may ignore?

I have pretty rubbish lag in maybe 60% of my games too to be honest.

I'm not finding lag too bad. Probably had 3 games that have been crap and only the 1 that's been unplayable.

It's like win me being a longterm oldschool fps gamer.........whenever I hear people say things like "60 hz is fine" and "I can't notice micro stutter with 2 gpu's", it leaves me really confused.

Personally I'd consider myself really fussy but about 75% of games feel smooth/fluent, with a large proportion of the ones that lag being in the "school ****ters hell time", ie 4pm till 8pm, which I try to avoid.

Its the keepers more than anything, there just abysmal long shots are so easy because the keepers dont react. They come out of the net of there own accord and then they act stupid and miss the ball. Thirdly, you can physically jog round the keeper and score into a open goal, the annoying this is the keepers well the massive selling point.

well I am fussy but when players are not controlling the ball and you pass back to the keeper and it lags past him for an own goal lol then maybe not too fussy

The thing is I know how and what the game should feel and play like and when it doesn't it spoils the enjoyment....... especially when Im having to overcompensate for it, cant do skill moves, fake shots, etc etc......

As you know Ive tried all kinds of things........ even worked with BT in voice conferences with them and Level3 to try and resolve....... they couldn't find anything wrong with the routings/connection.....

Ive tried things which seemed to work for a limited time - change controls back to default (that was hard as I was so used to my pro evo controls)

Ive tried buying a new console (thought it was my PS3 on fifa14)

Ive reformatted my PS4 / rebuilt database / cleared all saved cache files

I thought maybe the UPNP thing was the only thing that I never changed but that didn't resolve the delay (it fixed the terrible menu/game lag though)

pretty much convinced myself to trade this in, which would be the first since I think fifa 12 where I rage quit the OCUK league.

Its just ass this year, there's no skill involved, just who get's the lucky decisions this week bonus.

Yes I'm bitter, yes I'm apparently awful at this game this year.

Its gone back in time to Fifa 12, pace and ping pong passing.

Currently using this squad:

Feeling a bit dirty for using Doumbia but he's great striker in a front 3. Nice finishing and dribbling.

Still not convinced on Danny @ LF but not many options there without changing a lot of the team. Hulk's been nerfed from last year which is fair enough after the World Cup. Still has a decent shot mind.

Witsel is a great all-rounder, bosses the midfield with his physical-ness and has decent passing.
