Exact same as PS4/XB1

It's the new Frostbite engine and looks lovely

Yeah. I hope next year they allow you to play as yourself instead though. I remember many years ago you could scan a picture of yourself and it did a decent job of it. But I suppose not everyone's name will be available via commentary which could be tricky.

Even more importantly, it should be Arsenal, not Manchester United

saying that last year I had Russian version which they patched but with English language files 90% of stuff was still English.

Mexico shows it as $59.99 but Russia shows it as £23 (1999 Ru)

So in Russia piracy drives down the prices. Absolutely crazy.

Haha in this years version, you can choose any premier league club for "The Journey", but yeah I wish you could create your own player aswell - Let's hope that's in next years version

That was a short debut. Come on as sub, free kick taking press the wrong button, I did a diving tackle from behind and got sent off, seconds on the pitch. The interview was generic as if it never happened so another unrealistic bodge job. Kudos to EA for the "Journey" idea, no doubt it will get better and better.

I despise EA so will pick up this up via cheapest way possible.

Any confirmed working cheap way to purchase this year?

Konami are not getting a penny from me. Total idiots.

My thoughts exactly. Don't fancy handing over £30+ to EA.

£20 or there about I would be a lot more comfortable with. I gave Konami a chance with Pro Evo 2015 on steam, was a let down. That whole company is a let down. Last Konami game I purchased was MGSV: TPP and it may be may last ever the way they carry on.

I don't fancy giving EA any money either to be honest, but not purchased a FIFA game in many years, I just play the demo when a mate comes round. lol. Would be happy with £25 if I can find it, if not will just use demo again

Ah... it's not exactly much fun if what you do on the pitch doesn't make a difference to what happens off the pitch :/

Hope that's just a demo "bug" - I want to get absolutely ripped apart by the press when I perform badly

Fifa and PES just are not good enough to convey a match day experience. I just hope Football Manager improves this year as it blows both of these away as far as everything football goes.

Tbf football manager is nothing like fifa or pes other than based on same sport

I enjoy them all...I'm odd like that

Agreed. Best action footie game I've got is the Japanese version of PES 3(winning eleven 7) on the Gamecube. Sublime with excitable Japanese commentary which didn't annoy me, and I couldn't tell when they were rehashing comments!

I read somewhere that MODS on PC are going to be pretty much impossible this year other than a few bits and they will take ages to be figured out how to work.

Still doesnt have the stadiums, that was good to mod in Fifa 16 also the revolving/scrolling electronic signs was good with better adverts. Team specific supporters was good too.

Just wish you could use your own music again.

Not even close. Mods like Moddingway add tons of teams and leagues that aren't in the base game, along with loads of other improvements like the champions league, national teams etc.
