I did pretty much all the time with 41212 (2) hence me probably not seeing much of a difference going to 3atb. I have the wide players to come back with defence and one CM to stay back.

I did pretty much all the time with 41212 (2) hence me probably not seeing much of a difference going to 3atb. I have the wide players to come back with defence and one CM to stay back.
I'm still using this squad in Div 3, mostly untradeables and not a penny pumped into electronic farts:
Usually bring Bale on for Alessandrini right away or have a feel of how my opponent plays first. Half time is usually Savic and Boateng on for Kondogs and Rabiot. If I'm winning comfortably I'll stick Tevez and Koke on and switch formation as they're more fun to use.

how many goals/assists do they have and do you think the trade off is worth it for the goals given away for the spaces at the back being exploited or their stamina in the second half?

Don't lie! Tevez is NOT fun to use!
Walker not many alonso quite a few assists and the handful of goals from distance. For me I get the benefit of pulling the defence out leaving space for my wingers /striker

Been meaning to try 352 again after coming up against it in WL and finding it hard to break down. Last I used it was probably 11 or 12 when you had luiz/naldo/Santana as your 3 CBs
What players are you using for wingers? Reckon normal Sandro and walker good enough?

Yeah, I had Mendy and Carvajal originally and they did a good job. I’m trying to cross more but I can’t seem to win headers even with Ronaldo! Is there a technique?!

Yup.
When you are going cross let go of sprint button. Turn towards the box if possible the more the better.
Then hold as much power needed for either middle or back post.
Its crucial you aren't sprinting. If you can get face on for the cross that is good too.

I seem to score more headers than shots at the moment. Shevchenko and rashford with hawk are pretty good and VVD on corners(who also scored an amazing side volley last night

Played against a pro footballer last night, Dabbur who plays for Redbull Salzburg, lost 2-1
It was an even game, I had my chances but his pro card banged in a chance from an obscene angle.
He's actually pretty decent in real life. i seen him play live at celtic park he scored the first goal in that match. We are currently trying to recruit their manager to start in the summer to replace Rodgers long term.
I have stated before finishing needs nerfing especially first time shots from pinged in passes across the ground.
