Anyone else not feeling this World Cup? It starts tomorrow, doesn't feel right, not excited one bit, not even for England to be honest. It seems all it is, is an afterthought, a hastily scrambled together football tournament. Being selfish here, but I hope all the teams that have Man Utd players in crash out early.

Yeah, not feeling it really, I will watch the England game as im off work though, but Im not in the slightest bit bothered how well we do or don't. Guess its the time of year, got more things on my mind than thinking about over paid pampered footballers and how well they do, when millions of people are suffering with cost of living crisis.

Europe and the UK should have boycotted the whole World Cup in Qatar, as a sign of solidarity.

Same here. I usually getting excited a few weeks before, gone through the fixtures and planned my viewing. This time around it feels as though it could be on another planet. I'll probably feel different in a few days time but you never know.

At least it's not just me. I'm usually fully onboard the hype train come tournament time, but this time around I'm just not that bothered at all. I commented to the missus today, that usually there are a few flags on houses or cars around here, but so far I haven't seen anything.
